Truths Lost in Translation: The Tragedy Hidden in Max Blumenthal's Comedy.

 

During his recent speech at the University of Massachusetts, Max Blumenthal said that he does not deny that Palestinian Islamic jihadists carried out atrocities on #Oct7... while using comedy to literally treat those atrocities, including the cold blooded murder of Jewish children, like a joke to laugh about (and his audience did).

 

 

"40 Beheaded Babies"

 

A Western journalist reported that the IDF informed her that Palestinian Islamic jihadists beheaded 40 babies, but she quickly retracted her statement, admitting that she had misinterpreted the spokesperson's comment.

Despite this, the Western press ran with the story, which was soon disproved, and Israel has since then been accused of exaggerating the #Oct7 pogrom in order to "manufacture consent" for an alleged genocide against the Palestinian people.

What did the Israeli spokesperson say that was misinterpreted? He said that Palestinian Islamic jihadists had murdered unarmed civilian men, women, and kids... 40 babies... and there were beheadings.

In Hebrew and Israeli culture, the same word is used for infants and children... kids of all ages are considered babies. This truly was something lost in translation. So, what's the truth?

On 7 October 2022, Palestinian Islamic jihadists intentionally killed more than a thousand Israelis. At least 800 of them were unarmed civilians. 38 were children, some of whom were infants... and it's not a stretch to think, after looking at the crime scene photos of their bedrooms, that jihadists went as far as to slit the throats of children while they slept.

There is no need for the Israeli government to exaggerate these atrocities. Even without "40 beheaded babies", what Palestinian Islamic jihadists did on October 7th should be considered an act of genocide... but because of Anti-Zionist propagandists like Max Blumenthal, people are treating this... the most heinous mass murder of Jewish people since the Holocaust... like a joke.

 

By the way... in Hebrew, the same word is used for beheading, neck breaking, or cutting a throat.

Thoughts on Blood Libel, Accusers, and the Fedayeen Cult of Martyrdom

At its inception, the Arab Anti-Zionist Resistance were called Fedayeen, which literally means, Self-Sacrificers. Martyrdom has always played a core role in political and military strategy against Israel and the Jewish people. These tactics also go by another name: Blood Libel.

First they spread rumors about Jewish people sacrificing Christian babies for blood drinking rituals. Then they accused the Jewish people of orchestrating famine in Eastern Europe to clear the land of supposedly indigenous white people so they could replace them with Jews and other Orientals. Today's Blood Libel is all about the Nakba... and how the Jewish people have supposedly been slo-mo ethnically cleansing the Middle East for 75 years to establish an ethno-nationalist (Nazi) state for themselves.

Each evolution of Blood Libel against the Jewish people has required an escalation of self-death on the part of Accusers to remain believable. First came imagined dead babies. For round two, they needed real dead bodies to make their Blood Libel stick, and the great Interwar famines provided them with plenty. Today... the Accusers have had to step up their game, because people are supposed to be smarter nowadays and nobody of sound mind is going to believe that Jews are magical beings who control the weather. Thus was born, the Fedayeen Cult of Martyrdom.

Aside from it being an effective tool for whipping people into a frenzy for the blood of Jews, today's evolution of Anti-Jewish Blood Libel presents a new challenge for Jews and righteous gentiles who refuse to abandon their own sense of humanity: How do you defend yourself against an enemy who intentionally places their own people in harm's way for the sake of inciting more hatred against you, and how do you save a people who do not want to be saved?

Ms @RealLoriSpencer asked me what I thought about this lecture. The thing that stood out for me: What we (Jews) actually do, matters more than what people think about it or us...

People never miss an excuse to hate the Jewish people. And now that Intersectional Social Justice theory has erroneously coded us as members of the Oppressor class, nothing we do will be accepted as right, and everything we do will be seen as wrong. This is now our reality.

There will be no appeasing the Anti-Zionist mob, and we shouldn't even try to. We should just worry about doing what we think is right... to protect our own people without turning into the sort of monsters that we've been fighting for thousands of years.

This means: Stay the course to smash HAMAS, through to the end this time around... and continue to evacuate innocents, to get them out of harm's way... even against their will, and even if Social Justice Warriors falsely frame these rescue Ops as "ethnic cleansing" and hate us for it.

Golda Meir said it is better to be hated and alive, than loved and dead. Some may think the opposite - that it is better to be loved and dead, than alive and hated... but then what you're talking about there is martyrdom... and martyrdom is self-imposed genocide. No thanks.

There is no appeasing the Anti-Zionist mob. How about we not die trying?
